Spring Contact Centre Tour
In keeping with our knowledge sharing strategy for such events, this event will be a “deep-dive” Contact Centre Tour that will spend the morning at a single contact centre location. Final details are still being developed so stay tuned as this event is limited to 30 members and it ALWAYS sells out!
April Breakfast Meeting
The date for our April Breakfast Meeting is currently scheduled for Wednesday, April 20th. Location TBD. Full details will be announced shortly.
May Breakfast Meeting
The May event currently planned to take place on Wednesday, May 18th is now available for sponsorship opportunities. Organizations interested in sponsoring this event should contact the BC Contact Centre Association for further details.
June Social Networking Event
Following on the heels of our very successful Christmas Social Networking event held last December, our summer event will be held once again at the very convenient ROGUE WETBAR! Convenient to all forms of transit, the ROGUE Wetbar is located directly in the Waterfront Station.
Please join us for appetizers and refreshments and take this opportunity to network with your peers in the industry. Discover what new organizations are opening up in our region, mingle with other industry professionals and hear what activities they are currently engaged in. It is through our respective networks that we learn of new opportunities, changes in the market and directions in professional development.
